The equipment i am using at the moment is an Icom 7000 transciever witch works very well,

it has many filter options and listening to stations is a real pleasure if the filters are set right.

before the icom i used the president george but compared to the icom its nothing , can't really compare it offcourse because its a totaly different and older type of radio.

 

MFJ 989C antenna tuner i also have connected ,

this because the antenna swr isnt really good on the 26965 - 27405Mhz.

also use it to switch from the horizontal 3el LFA to the vertical Hygain Penetrator

 

For the Audio i use the Behringer B1 studio mic

the mike amplifier is the xenyx fx1002D

and for the equalizer /compressor/limitor/feedback destroyer/etc the DEQ2496 also from Behringer.

 

 

As for the mobile set i use the Icom 706MKII,

Meter is Daiwa NS 660P.

This is also the kit i take when i am going to the 14th division QTH

The Antenna i use there is a Sirio GPE

And the beam is a 6 elements LFA yagi with 13M boom length
